Peter

Restoration Specialist

Peter is a second-generation Land Rover enthusiast with over twenty years of restoration, repair and maintenance experience. His past experience includes working as a manager for a multinational fastener company and his father's Land Rover restoration company.  He is also known as our "interior guy" who has done some amazing custom interiors since joining our team.  Peter is a highly skilled off-road driver, who knows how to use off-road machines to their highest capacity.  He is a four-wheeler that sews!  When Peter isn't driving the custom Land Rover D90 that he built himself, he is driving a Toyota.

Isaac

Restoration Technician

Isaac started with us as a co-op student. He is now a graduate from Assabet Valley Regional Technical School.   Isaac has worked with independent shops and dealerships before joining our team.  Not only does he work on modern Land Rovers, but he also assists with refurbishing vehicles to create our customers' dreams. When Isaac is not working on Land Rovers, he used to drive his Jeep off-roading, but now he drives his Discovery II. His dream car is a D90 Pick-up. He brings a great sense of humor to our team, has an impeccably organized toolbox, and enjoys fishing and off-roading.

Keith

Senior Land Rover Specialist

Keith brings decades of experience as a Land Rover dealership Foreman and Land Rover Specialist to our team and clients. His attention to detail and level of care are top notch.  He makes a mean chili for potluck lunches and works on all generations of Land Rovers. Keith's calm demeanor and matter of fact approach to problem solving are just two of his superpowers in the shop. When Keith is not driving a Land Rover, he drives a Ford pick-up truck. Keith often spends his time fishing, going to his daughter's cheer competitions, and showing off his marvelous beard.

Charlie

Senior Land Rover Technician

Charlie is a career technician with extensive experience on newer generation Land Rovers and past experience with all makes and models. He is our innovator, often designing tools to get tough jobs done.  He recently joined our team after working for a Land Rover dealership for years and is known to finish Keith's sentences after working together for so long. When Charlieis not driving a Land Rover, he drives a Ford pickup truck and a Jeep Wrangler. His second language is Greek, and he is kind enough to share his family's cooking with the team.



Ted

Technician  

Ted brings with him both years of repair and service for a wide variety of different makes and models. His comprehensive knowledge ensures our shop is well-rounded and efficient and makes him a great teammate. In his free time, Ted loves to practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, sometimes even with our founder Jeff! He also loves attending metal concerts and vacationing in Hawaii with his friends. 

Matthew

Apprentice & Facility Manager

Matt is our fantastic shop apprentice. He is always up for anything that helps the team and the shop run smoothly. From cleaning the shop, to being the technician's second set of hands, he is always there and ready to go. Matt's hobbies include hunting and fishing, and he is knowledgeable about an impressive range of topics, so talking with him is always a good time. Matt's daily driver is a GMC Sierra 1500 HD, and his dream car is a 1968-69 Dodge Charger!

Maureen

Business Manager/"Saint"

Maureen is our Business Manager, our grounding force, our customers' favorite and devil with the detail's expert. She has managed to hold the details together day in and day out since we first started in the backwoods of Upton and has rolled with the many changes our company has taken over the years.  If you happen to work for a uniform company, we can tell you right now she is on top of things and you best honor your contract. Maureen relies on her Ford to get her to work every day.

Milly

Social Guru/Service Writer

Milly supports our service team in the afternoon to make sure all customer requests are written up into repair orders in a timely fashion. She has young children, so she creatively uses the quiet afternoon moment to do service writing!! When she is not chasing young kids or service writing, you might find her chasing chickens or rabbits in her backyard! Her primary language is Portuguese. Milly's daily driver is a Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited sport, and her dream car is a 2014 Nissan GTR!

Niki

Jill of all trades

In her previous careers, Niki has been an Architectural and Art Historian, while also spending over a decade excelling in various customer service roles. Her interest in mechanical repair has brought her to J Whites where she can combine all these skills by supporting the service team and also apprenticing in the shop getting a hands-on crash course in both vintage and modern Land Rovers. Some of Niki's other passion include macabre aesthetic/history, performance project cars, and yelling at the Bruins through the TV.
