How We Source Our Parts

Land Rovers have lots of quirks. It's why we love them! But it can also make finding specialty parts tricky. Each truck has a bit of their own personality, but also a Land Rover is always unmistakably a Land Rover. 

We work with a variety of vendors in North America and the UK to make sure we can find the part your Land Rover needs. Depending on the specific situation and the needs of the customer and vehicle, we have the ability to find new-old-stock parts, genuine parts, new replacements of parts no longer produced by the factory as well as refurbished and used parts. Both our Service Writers and Technicians are well versed in the specialty vendors who specialize in classic Land Rover parts.  This allows us to find parts that are often considered "unobtainable" to the average Rover enthusiast, like the Series era steering gear box seen in this post. 

We also work with a variety of refurbishment and refinishing experts, both local and international. This allows us to reuse existing parts for refurbishment projects whenever possible and appropriate. True to the Land Rover spirit of things being somewhat interchangeable and being able to repair the trucks out in the field, used parts can often be repaired, machined, repainted, galvanized, etc. for continued use in the future. This is what sets a refurbishment or restoration apart from a ground up-rebuild, and how we make sure each truck maintains that individual personality.
